The invention relates to superfine slag powder capable of improving mixability of concrete. The superfine slag powder is prepared by the following raw materials in parts by weight: 950-960 parts of slag, 0.4-0.6 part of alkali lignin, 0.3-0.4 part of triethanolamine, 0.1-0.3 part of triisopropanolamine, 1-2 parts of starch ether, 0.2-0.4 part of zinc palmitate, 0.5-0.8 part of nano polytetrafluoroethylene, 80-100 part of flue gas desulfurization gypsum, 0.1-0.3 part of molybdenum disulfide and 0.3-0.5 part of phosphite ester. According to the superfine slag powder provided by the invention, the triethanolamine and the triisopropanolamine are used, so that the residual charge on the surface of the superfine slag powder can be shielded, the rupture of Si-O bonds in the superfine slag powder is promoted, the coalescence of the superfine slag powder is prevented, and thus the aims of reducing energy consumption and reducing mechanical wear are achieved; the starch ether, the molybdenum disulfide and the nano polytetrafluoroethylene are used, so that the mill efficiency and the fineness of the super slag powder are improved, the particle aggregation is prevented, the dispensability of the super slag powder can be improved, and the mixability and the workability of the concrete can be improved.
