Novel material curtain emission reduction device for rotary cement kiln
The invention discloses a novel material curtain emission reduction device for a rotary cement kiln. The novel material curtain emission reduction device is characterized in that part of a raw material separated from a quaternary cyclone is fed into a decomposing furnace by a material distribution valve, and the other part is fed into a feed-end chamber of a rotary kiln; the carbon emission reduction device feeds part (5 percent) of the raw material from the quaternary cyclone into the feed-end chamber, and the raw material is spread by a material spreading device to form a material curtain on the section of the feed-end chamber of the rotary kiln; the material spreading device consists of a feed pipe and a material spreading adjusting plate, the raw material powder enters from the feed pipe and uniformly spread by the material spreading adjusting plate to form the material curtain; the raw material powder in the material curtain reacts with NOx, SOx and other harmful gases in kiln exit gas to form a cement clinker mineral to enter the kiln, so that emission of the harmful gases in the kiln gas is reduced. As part of the raw material separated from the quaternary cyclone is fed into the decomposing furnace, the other part of the raw material is fed into the feed-end chamber to form the material curtain, and chemical reactions occur between the raw material, and NOx, SOx and the like, so that the emission of the harmful gases can be reduced by 20-50 percent.
