Preparation method of pipe pile
The invention provides a preparation method of a pipe pile. The method comprises steps as follows: concrete raw materials are mixed and stirred to form pile concrete, the stirred pile concrete is poured into a mold, prestressed tension is performed, the pile concrete subjected to prestressed tension is centrifuged until a pipe pile is formed, the centrifuged and formed prestressed concrete pipe pile is subjected to steam curing under normal pressure, natural curing is performed after the mold is removed, and the pipe pile is obtained. The concrete raw materials comprise an additive which adopts a super-high early-strength polycarboxylate superplasticizer, the additive can accelerate the hydration reaction of the cement, and a low-temperature evaporation and normal-pressure curing process with one step omitted is realized, that is, high-pressure curing performed after mold removal in a conventional process is omitted. According to the preparation method, the consumption of steam is low, the steam curing temperature is reduced, energy is saved, and the environment is protected; the PHC (prestressed high-strength concrete) pipe pile produced with the method is stable in strength, and the mean square error of the PHC pipe pile is smaller than that of a PHC pipe pile produced with the common process.
