Continuous-casting tundish coating
The invention provides a continuous-casting tundish coating. The continuous-casting tundish coating is prepared from, by weight, 45% to 55% of dolomite, 35% to 50% of wasted magnesia chrome brick particles, 1% to 2% of fine aluminum powder, 1% to 3.5% of alumina, 1% to 3.5% of soft clay, 1% to 2% of high-alumina cement, 0.2% to 1.5% of sodium tripolyphosphate and 0.5% to 1.5% of paper fibers. The raw material components are evenly mixed in proportion to form a mixture, then 17% to 25% of water is added, and after being evenly stirred, the mixture can be used for being painted or sprayed to a tundish. Compared with the prior art, the continuous-casting tundish coating is low in raw material price and production cost, and has the good using performance of being good in high-temperature cohesiveness, high in erosion resistance and scouring resistance and free of swelling in the using process; the requirement of continuous casting production can be completely met, recycling and reusing of wasted magnesia chrome bricks are achieved, and quite good economic benefits and quite good social benefits are achieved.
