本发明涉及连铸耐火材料工艺技术领域,具体为一种复合式板坯连铸中间包湍流控制器及其制备方法,中间包湍流控制器包括外壳、套芯和底板,底板设置在外壳内腔的底部表面,套芯设置在外壳的内腔内,且套芯的纵向中心线与外壳内腔的纵向中心线重合,外壳和套芯之间设有结合缝,套芯外部为圆台形镁质预制件,套芯内部为抛物面形的内腔,底板为一整块镁碳砖,将套芯套装于湍流控制器的外壳内,外壳和套芯之间的结合缝采用烧结镁砂填实,可以延长钢液的响应时间和平均停留时间,增加活塞流体积,减小死区体积,能有效降低钢包注流的紊动能并较好地改善中间包内钢液流场,且有效解决了冲击区内注流卷渣问题。
