Method for preparing cement foaming agent by using fish scales
The invention discloses a method for preparing a cement foaming agent by using fish scales. The method comprises the following steps: immersing fish scales in acid and alkali solutions, cleaning, air-drying, and crushing to form fish scale powder; adding water to the fish scale powder in order to prepare a suspension, adding pepsin, hydrolyzing, and adjusting the pH value of the obtained hydrolysate to 7.0 in order to obtain a crude protein-containing mother liquor; and preparing the mother liquor, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, tea saponin, carboxymethylcellulose sodium, benzoic acid and water according to certain proportions to obtain the finished cement foaming agent. The preparation method is simple, and raw materials have wide sources, have low production cost and good use effects, contain no toxic chemical substances and are green and environmentally-friendly, and crude proteins contained in the fish scales undergo hydrolysis extraction, so the method has the advantages of simplicity, easy operation, low cost, and suitableness for large-scale popularization and application; and the cement foaming agent obtained in the invention has the advantages of good foaming performance, long preservation time, low cost, environmental protection and high popularization values.
