Grouting repair method for gaps between ends of ballastless track slabs and mortar cushions
The invention discloses a grouting repair method for gaps between ends of ballastless track slabs and mortar cushions and belongs to the field of railway engineering. For high-speed railways with ballastless tracks, the track slabs are required to be adjusted accurately during construction, and then asphalt mortar is poured below the track slabs. The mortar cushions can be separated from the track slabs at the ends of partial track slabs after being solidified, and the gaps exist between the mortar cushions and the ends of the track slabs. A connecting groove between every two adjacent track slabs is very narrow in the position and cannot be repaired with a conventional crack repair method. A bent hole is drilled in a square batten, and the periphery of each gap is sealed, so that repair slurry can be pressed in the gap from the upper side conveniently. The gaps in narrow slits are repaired skillfully with the repair method, the repair method can also be generalized to conventional crack repair, crack repair procedures are simplified, and time and materials are saved.
