The invention discloses a uniaxial relative stirring device which comprises a speed reducer, a main transmission shaft, a inner pipe transmission shaft, an outer pipe transmission shaft and a gear box body, wherein a motor is connected with the input end of the speed reducer; the output end of the speed reducer is connected with the main transmission shaft; a transmission gear is arranged at the end part of the transmission shaft, and is meshed with an inner pipe gear on the inner pipe transmission shaft; the inner pipe gear is connected with a driven gear through a direction change gear in the gear box; the driven gear sleeves the outer pipe transmission shaft outside the inner pipe transmission shaft; the transmission gear is a straight gear; the inner pipe gear consists of an upper straight gear and a bottom bevel gear; the direction change gear and the driven gear are bevel gears; the inner pipe gear is meshed with the direction change gear through the bottom bevel gear; the upper end of the inner pipe transmission shaft is connected with a grouting head. Compared with the prior art, the uniaxial relative stirring device is simpler in structure and convenient to repair, so that the safety of aerial suspension during mechanical construction is improved, and the service life of the stirring device is effectively prolonged.
