The invention discloses a stirring device and a stirring method for grouting materials. The stirring device comprises a base, a lower stand column installed on the base, an upper stand column installed on the lower stand column, a stirring main machine installed on the upper stand column, a stirring shaft fixedly connected with the output end of the stirring main machine, stirring blades fixedly connected to the stirring shaft and a stirring pot. The stirring shaft is sleeved with a sleeve, the upper end of the sleeve is fixedly connected with the stirring main machine, and the lower end of the sleeve is fixedly connected with a cover body; the cover body is matched with the upper end of the stirring pot and is used for sealing the upper end of the stirring pot during stirring; the cover body is provided with a feeding port, and the upper end of the feeding port is fixedly connected with a feeding assembly. The continuous feeding device has the advantages that due to the design of continuous feeding, the operation convenience and efficiency are effectively improved, the requirement for manual intervention is lowered, the whole production process is smoother and more efficient, and meanwhile, simpler and more convenient working conditions are provided for operators.
