The invention discloses a split-type steel bar-sleeve semi-grouting joint used for being assembled and connected with a precast concrete component. A semi-grouting sleeve adopts a split-combining structure; one part of the semi-grouting sleeve is connected with a steel bar in a sleeve grouting manner; the other part of the semi-grouting sleeve is connected with another steel bar through an end cover with an internal straight thread or in another mechanical connection manner; the two parts are connected with each other through corresponding threads, so as to connect the two steel bars, and form the split-type steel bar-sleeve semi-grouting joint. The semi-grouting sleeve of the split-type steel bar-sleeve semi-grouting joint can be made of a seamless steel pipe instead of a round steel rod, so as to be higher in formation precision and efficiency, and low in material consumption and cost. The semi-grouting sleeve is a novel semi-grouting sleeve used in building construction, and is simple to operate, high in efficiency, low in material consumption, high in precision, reliable in performance for steel bar connection. The split-type steel bar-sleeve semi-grouting joint is particularly suitable for semi-grouting joint of steel bar sleeves of vertical precast components.
