The invention provides an artistic outer wall and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method of the artistic outer wall comprises steps as follows: (1), material preparation: wall surface decorative materials are added to a stirring device, water is added to the stirring device, the mixture is stirred until the denseness is moderate, and wall surface decorative material grout is obtained; (2), grout scraping: a to-be-processed surface of a foam polystyrene board is wrapped with gridding cloth and coated with the wall surface decorative material grout; the foam polystyrene board is put in a clamping groove of a work platform, one end of the foam polystyrene board is put in a grout scraping area, a conveying belt switch is turned on after everything is ready, the wall surface decorative material grout is conveyed, meanwhile, a transmission switch of the work platform is turned on, and the foam polystyrene board subjected to grout scraping is an EPS (polystyrene foam) product; (3), acid prickling: the part, requiring acid prickling, of the EPS product is wetted with water, then subjected to acid pickling through hydrochloric acid and washed clean with clean water immediately after acid pickling. The preparation method of the artistic outer wall is simple and feasible, and the artistic outer wall which can show the imagination of a designer through models, the patterns, texture and color can be prepared.
