The invention discloses multifunctional artistic relief paint for an outer wall. The multifunctional artistic relief paint comprises the following components in parts by weight: 400-500 parts of whitecement, 250-300 parts of sand, 250-300 parts of quartz powder, 10-20 parts of rubber powder, 1-5 parts of cellulose and 100-200 parts of water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) weighing water in parts by mass, adding white cement, and stirring at a medium speed; (2) pouring sand into the mixture in the step (1), performing stirring, adding quartz powder, and stirring themixture at a high speed; (3) respectively sieving rubber powder and cellulose, performing mixing and stirring after sieving, pouring the mixture into the mixture in the step (2), and finally performing stirring from a low speed to a high speed to form relief paint; and (4) performing quality inspection on the relief paint, removing unqualified relief paint, and leaving qualified relief paint for packaging and shipment. The use effect and the service life of the product are effectively improved and prolonged due to the excellent scrubbing resistance, and the relief paint is good in waterproofness and flame retardant effect and conforms to relevant national standards.
