The invention discloses a telescopic pump pipe for super high-rise concrete filled steel tube lifting. The pump pipe comprises an outer sleeve (1) and an inner sleeve (2) which are in mutual sleeving connection and is characterized in that four opposite-pulling baffles (3) are symmetrically arranged at one sleeving end of the outer sleeve (1) circularly, and opposite-pulling fixing plates (4) which are corresponding to the opposite-pulling baffles (3) are arranged at one sleeving end of the inner sleeve circularly; the opposite-pulling baffles (3) and the opposite-pulling fixing plates (4) are in movable serial connection through pull rods (5) respectively. With the adoption of the connection technique of the telescopic pump pipe, non-standard pump pipes are avoided through adjusting the telescopic pump pipe, and the pump pipe can be connected rapidly. The method is simple and rapid, mounting and dismounting are convenient, and the construction period is saved.
