The invention discloses a window with heat preservation and ventilation functions. The window comprises inner-layer heat preservation glass facing the indoor space and outer-layer heat preservation glass facing the outdoor space. Heat transfer glass is installed in the lower middle portion region of the interval between the inner-layer heat preservation glass and the outer-layer heat preservation glass. A heat exchange space A is formed by the heat transfer glass and the middle portion and the lower portion of the inner-layer heat preservation glass, and a heat exchange space B is formed by the rest of the interval. An air outlet A is formed in the upper portion of the inner-layer heat preservation glass, an air inlet A is formed in the lower middle portion region of the inner-layer heat preservation glass, an air outlet C is formed in the lower portion of the heat transfer glass, an air inlet B and an air outlet B are formed in the lower portion of the outer-layer heat preservation glass, and the air outlet B and the air outlet C in the heat transfer glass are communicated through a glass pipe. Natural circulation of indoor air and outdoor air can be achieved without other power, and the indoor temperature is not reduced in the air circulation process through heat of hot air exhausted from the indoor space.
