The ventilation light-transmitting heat preservation window comprises a window frame installed on a window opening in the wall of the livestock and poultry farm, and a heat preservation window sash opened backwards is installed on the window frame; ventilation openings are formed in the left side face and the right side face of the heat preservation shell. A heat preservation movable door is hinged to the front side face of each ventilation opening. A plurality of transverse rods are installed on the front side face in the window frame or a wire mesh is installed on the front side face in the window frame. The invention has the advantages of being good in ventilation, lighting and heat preservation effects.
