An embodiment of the invention discloses a blind guiding method. The blind guiding method includes: a camera device receives signals sent by a processing device to acquire pictures, with digital object identifiers, of information blind roads and sends the pictures to a processing device; the processing device receives and analyzes the pictures sent by the camera device and acquires information contained in the digital object identifiers in the pictures; the processing device converts the information into voice messages and sends the voice messages to a loudspeaker or Bluetooth message sending device. Since a blind guiding stick is employed for shooting and analyzing the pictures containing information floor tiles, and the information acquired by analysis of the digital object identifiers is converted into the voice messages which are sent to the loudspeaker or Bluetooth message sending device, blind people can acquire information of surroundings and help modes according to the voice messages broadcasted by the loudspeaker or Bluetooth message sending device, and convenience for the blind people to go out is guaranteed. The invention further discloses an embodiment of a blind guiding system corresponding to the embodiment of the blind guiding method.
