To achieve downsizing a drum.SOLUTION: A horizontal blind comprises a headbox 11, a plurality of slats 20 lined up along an up-and-down direction, a ladder cord 30 unwound and pulled out from the headbox 11 and supporting each of the plurality of slats 20 in a way that allows their tilts to be adjustable, a bottom rail 21 located under a lowest slat 20, a lifting tape 40 unwound and pulled out from the headbox 11 and whose end is connected to the bottom rail 21 to lift and lower the plurality of slats 20, and a first through-hole 51 arranging a direction of the lifting tape 40 before the lifting tape 40 gets wound within the headbox 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
