Low-calcium portland cement and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses low-calcium portland cement and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method of the low-calcium portland cement includes the following steps that raw materials of the low-calcium portland cement are selected, wherein the raw materials of the low-calcium portland cement comprises waste residues containing barium and tailings containing barium, the raw materials are ground into raw material powder, then the raw material powder is calcined for 20-50 min at the temperature of 1350-1450 DEG C, cement clinker is prepared after the temperature is lowered to room temperature, and the cement clinker and gypsum are jointly ground into powder so that the low-calcium portland cement can be prepared. The clinker is prepared from, by mass, 58-63% of CaO, 22-25% of SiO2, 4-8% of Al2O3, 1.6-5% of Fe2O3 and 0.2-2.0% of BaO. The lime saturation coefficient of the cement clinker of the low-calcium portland cement is 0.7-0.8, the silica ratio is 2.0-3.5, and the aluminum rate is 0.7-2.0. The low-calcium portland cement prepared according to the method has the advantages of being low in cost and high in early strength and long-term strength.
