Early-strength low-calcium Portland cement and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses early-strength low-calcium Portland cement and a preparation method thereof. The early-strength low-calcium Portland cement comprises a clinker mixture composed of 95 wt% of minerals and 5 wt% of dihydrate gypsum, and the minerals comprise, by mass, 30%-40% of C3S, 10%-20% of C2S, 15%-25% of C3A and 15%-30% of C4AF; limestone is also included, and the mixing amount of the limestone accounts for 6-15% of the total mass of the clinker mixture. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) weighing limestone, fly ash, clay, shale and iron powder as mineral rawmaterials according to the mineral composition, calcining to obtain minerals, and adding dihydrate gypsum to obtain a clinker mixture; and (2) externally doping limestone into the obtained clinker mixture, and grinding to obtain the early-strength low-calcium Portland cement. The early-strength low-calcium Portland cement has high early-stage and later-stage mechanical strength, and because the content requirement of CaO in the clinker is low and the content requirement of CaCO3 (limestone) in the raw materials is low, the heat consumption generated by CaCO3 decomposition during calcination can be significantly reduced, thereby significantly saving energy.
