Method for preparing high-strength alpha-hemihydrate gypsum with semi-dry process
A method for preparing high-strength alpha-hemihydrate gypsum with a semi-dry process comprises the following steps: (1), material preparation: dihydrate gypsum is crushed until the particle size is smaller than 5 mm or is ground into 80 mu m-powder with less than 50% of sieve residues; a modifier is dissolved in water, and a modifier aqueous solution with the moisture content smaller than 95% is prepared; (2), preparation of moisture-containing materials; (3), preparation of alpha-hemihydrate gypsum through semi-dry type damp-heat tight covering and steaming; (4), drying; (5) preparation finishing: the dry alpha-hemihydrate gypsum material obtained in the step (4) is ground into 80 mu m-powder with less than 12% of sieve residues, and high-strength gypsum powder is prepared. The method is simple in process, equipment investment is lower, process parameters are simple to control, beta-hemihydrate gypsum can be prevented, the product quality is stabilized easily, the energy consumption for production of the high-strength gypsum can be reduced to the utmost, and the production cost is reduced effectively.
