Method for preparing SrMnO3 ceramic powder by using sol-gel method
The invention provides a method for preparing SrMnO3 ceramic powder by using a sol-gel method and relates to the field of a single phase magnetoelectric ceramic material. The method provided by the invention aims to solve the problems that the crystallization temperature is high, particle distribution is non-uniform, high-temperature and high-pressure complex reaction conditions are required, the cost is high and the like in the preparation of pure phase SrMnO3 ceramic powder by virtue of a current method. The method comprises the steps of: I, preparing a solution A; II, preparing a solution B; III, preparing an SrMnO3 sol; IV, preparing a dried gel; and V, grinding and calcining the mixture and then furnace-cooling the mixture naturally to room temperature to obtain the SrMnO3 ceramic powder. The method provided by the invention has the advantages: the prepared SrMnO3 ceramic powder is few in impurity and high in purity; the output of the SrMnO3 ceramic powder is 90-95%; compared with the prior art, the cost of the prepared SrMnO3 ceramic powder is lowered by 40-50%. The invention is a method for preparing the SrMnO3 ceramic powder by virtue of a sol-gel method.
