Fluoride ceramic crucible and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a fluoride ceramic crucible and a preparation method thereof. A crucible substrate material is composed of a fluoride ceramic powder, and the preparation method comprises the steps: carrying out heat treatment on the fluoride ceramic powder, then crushing the fluoride ceramic powder after treatment, and sieving; adding a sintering aid to the fluoride ceramic powder after sieving, mixing evenly, and sieving; and loading the undersize powder into a designed crucible mold, and preforming; and sintering the fluoride crucible after forming, and finally machining to product required specifications. The fluoride ceramic crucible is mainly used in devices of a fluorination volatilization flow in a drying method; in the process of post-treatment of spent fuels with a fluorination volatilization method, the crucible can provide a stable reaction environment, prevents fluorine gas and fluoride volatiles from corroding the devices, and ensures safe running of production.
