High-aluminum heat-insulating pouring material
The invention discloses a high-aluminum heat-insulating pouring material comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 30-50% of electric-melting dense corundum, 20-30% of brown fused alumina, 3-6% of aluminum oxide hollow spheres, 7-10% of aluminum oxide, 3-5% of pure calcium aluminate cement, 2-6% of metallic silicon, 0.3-0.9% of metallic aluminum powder, 4-5% of yttrium oxide, 2-3% of pyrophyllite powder and 3-5% of silica sol. The high-aluminum heat-insulating pouring material disclosed by the invention, due to the addition of the aluminum oxide hollow spheres, has the advantages of high use temperature, good heat-insulating property and the like, reduces the loss of iron runner heat and the temperature difference of an iron runner before and after tapping, and is beneficial for improving the heat shock resistance of the iron runner, thereby prolonging the service life of a product; while the aluminum oxide hollow spheres are added, yttrium oxide is added to promote sintering of the product, air holes of the product are smaller and are distributed more uniformly, and meanwhile, the volume density of the product is increased, so that the compressive strength is improved, and the service life is greatly prolonged; and an appropriate amount of the pyrophyllite powder is added to facilitate the enhancement of the oxidation resistance of an Al2O3-SiC-C pouring material.
