Method for preparing pouring material for aluminum smelting
The invention belongs to the field of refractory materials and relates to a method for preparing a pouring material for aluminum smelting. The pouring material comprises components of raw materials in percentage as follows: 65wt% of corundum particles of 0 mm-8 mm, 18wt% of aluminum nitride powder smaller than 0.044 mm, 7wt% of pure calcium aluminate cement smaller than 0.074 mm and 6wt% of silica micropowder with D90 equal to 0.1 mu m; BaSO4, TiB2, SrTiO3 and Na3AlF6 are compounded to be used as a molten aluminium wetting resisting agent, the addition amount of the agent is 4wt%, sodium tripolyphosphate accounting for 0.12% of the total weight of the raw materials and polycarboxylate accounting for 0.03% of the total weight of the raw materials are added to be used as dispersing agents, and aluminum sol is used as a construction liquid. The pouring material prepared with the method has the sufficient strength, the excellent thermal shock resistance, the good volume stability and the good chemical stability, and the key is that the pouring material is resistant to molten aluminium wetting, good in thermal stability and resistant to molten aluminium corrosion, does not affect components of molten aluminium and has the long service life.

The pouring material prepared with the method has the sufficient strength, the excellent thermal shock resistance, the good volume stability and the good chemical stability, and the key is that the pouring material is resistant to molten aluminium wetting, good in thermal stability and resistant to molten aluminium corrosion, does not affect components of molten aluminium and has the long service life.
