The present invention discloses a formula of a cement crack filling and repairing agent for a post insulator and a preparation method, and belongs to the technical field of electric repairing materials. The formula comprises the following components in parts by weight: 80-120 parts of polydimethylsiloxane, 2-10 parts of polyol polyorganosiloxane, 10-30 parts of methyl hydrogen-containing silicone oil, 5-15 parts of organic alcohol and 0.2-1 part of a platinum catalyst, wherein the organic alcohol is one of or a combination of isopropanol and normal propyl alcohol. The preparation method comprises: after a repairing agent A and a repairing agent B are prepared, the repairing agent A and the repairing agent B is mixed and used in a ratio of 1: (1-2). According to the present invention, a foaming technology is used, a repairing agent permeates into a crack, and a volume of the repairing agent can expand to over 10 times, and an objective of repairing cement crack can be achieved; moreover, the preparation method disclosed the present invention is simple and easy to operate, and filling can be performed before and after mounting of the post insulator, and the cost of a filled repairing agent is low.
