Method for reinforcing gate chamber through pre-stressed anchor cables
The invention discloses a method for reinforcing a gate chamber through pre-stressed anchor cables. The method comprises the steps that a row of anchor cable holes are vertically formed in the upstream side of the gate chamber, each pre-stressed anchor cable is composed of a plurality of steel strands, and the anchor cable holes are spaced; the length of each pre-stressed anchor cable is determined according to the shearing strength of an anchorage body and the hole walls; the tension force of the pre-stressed anchor cables is determined according to the designed anchorage force and the selected steel strands; the surfaces of the pre-stressed anchor cables in a tension section are coated with antirust paint; aligning supports are arranged in the axial direction of the anchor cables at equal intervals; the pre-stressed anchor cables are kept smooth and straight and not intersecting with one another, a plastic pipe and an iron pipe are arranged in the center of each pre-stressed anchor cable for grouting, a grouting blocker is installed in the position where a lower anchorage section is connected with the tension section, and a guide cover is arranged at the end of the bottom of each pre-stressed anchor cable in a sleeving mode; and the pre-stressed anchor cables are installed. By means of the method for reinforcing the gate chamber through the pre-stressed anchor cables, the stress state of a water retaining face at the upstream of the gate chamber can be improved, and the deformation of the water retaining face is limited. After the gate chamber is fastened through the pre-stressed anchor cables, the safety of a dam can be improved substantially, the flood control and disaster reduction functions of the dam are brought into full play, and comprehensive functions of the hydraulic dam are restored.
