The invention discloses a method for reinforcing a jointed rock mass through cooperation of a pre-stressed anchor rod and precise grouting, and belongs to the technical field of rock-soil mass reinforcement. The method comprises the following steps that a pre-stressed anchor rod-precise grouting cooperative reinforcement scheme is determined; preparing a construction site; grouting reinforcement is conducted on the jointed rock mass at the anchoring end of the pre-stressed anchor rod; grouting reinforcement is conducted on the jointed rock mass at the tensioning end of the pre-stressed anchor rod; and the jointed rock mass before and after reinforcement is compared, and the prestressed anchor rods are tensioned to complete reinforcement. By means of the precise grouting technology, a grouting body with a plurality of tree roots is formed at the anchoring end, the stability of a jointed rock mass is improved, and the anchoring effect of the pre-stressed anchor rod is improved; and accurate grouting is conducted on the jointed rock mass at the tensioning end, the fractured rock mass near the tensioning end is cemented, the deformation hysteresis effect of the jointed rock mass is relieved, the loss of prestress is reduced, and the effectiveness of the prestressed anchor rod is guaranteed.
