    The invention discloses a lifting device of a dynamic compaction machine. The lifting device comprises a winding drum, a hydraulic control clutch used for being attached to the winding drum so as to drive the winding drum to rotate and brakes used for braking motion of the winding drum. The brakes comprise the hydraulic control main winding brake and further comprise the hydraulic control snub brake. According to the lifting device, the stability of the dynamic compaction machine can be improved. The invention further discloses the dynamic compaction machine which comprises the lifting device.
