The invention discloses a hydraulic energy recycling device for an excavator. An oil inlet 8 of a first selection valve is communicated with a port A of a rotary motor and a multi-way valve of the excavator through hydraulic pipelines. An oil inlet 9 of the first selection valve is communicated with a port B of the rotary motor and the multi-way valve of the excavator through hydraulic pipelines. An oil outlet 12 of the first selection valve is communicated with an oil inlet 14 of a first pressure control valve through a hydraulic pipeline. An oil outlet 13 of the first selection valve is communicated with an oil inlet 15 of a second pressure control valve through a hydraulic pipeline. An oil outlet 16 of the second pressure control valve is communicated with an oil inlet 17 of an energy storage device through a hydraulic pipeline. An oil outlet 18 of the energy storing device is communicated with an oil inlet 19 of the second selection valve through a hydraulic pipeline. An oil outlet 22 of the second selection valve is communicated with the oil inlet 8 of the first selection valve through a hydraulic pipeline. An oil outlet 23 of the second selection valve is communicated with the oil inlet 9 of the first selection valve through a hydraulic pipeline. By the adoption of the hydraulic energy recycling device for the excavator, transmission links can be simplified, the energy utilization efficiency is improved, and fuel consumption is lowered.
