The invention discloses a spiral lock cylinder structure with lock balls, and a spiral key. The spiral lock cylinder structure contains a hollow lock shell, a lock cylinder body and a plurality of clamping groups, wherein the lock shell comprises a plurality of through holes; the lock cylinder body is rotationally accommodated in the lock shell, and comprises three spiral lock channels and a plurality of limit holes, and each limit hole is communicated with the corresponding through hole; and each clamping group comprises one lock ball accommodated in the corresponding limit hole in a manner of displacement, a clamping block accommodated in the same limit hole in the manner of displacement, and an elastic element for pushing each clamping block against the corresponding lock ball, and each elastic element enables the pushed lock ball to keep stretching in the corresponding lock channel in case of no external force or external force disappearance. The spiral key contains a key handle and a key body which is connected with the key handle and is spiral. By virtue of designs for the spiral key and the spiral lock cylinder structure, the safety can be improved.
