The invention relates to an antiskid self hole sealing type grouting anchor cable, which comprises a cable body, a grout stop plug, a tray, an anchor device, anchor device protection devices and the like, wherein the grout stop plug, the tray, the anchor device and the anchor device protection device are connected onto the periphery of the lower part of the cable body in a sleeving way from top to bottom; the cable body comprises a core pipe and a steel wire arranged on the periphery of the core pipe; grout outlets are formed in the core pipe; and an expansion ring sleeve is arranged in a position, near the group outlets, on the core pipe. The antiskid self hole sealing type grouting anchor cable is characterized in that the core pipe is a grouting flexible pipe; the upper end of the grouting flexible pipe is provided with a rigid anchoring section core rod; the lower end of the anchoring section core rod is directly inserted and matched in the top end of the grouting flexible pipe; grouting holes are formed in the grouting flexible pipe; the lower end of the grouting flexible pipe is connected and matched with a connecting element; a self closing valve is matched and connected in the connecting element; a group of anchor device protection devices are connected with the outer side of the anchor device in a sleeving way; and the top end of the cable body is fixedly connected with a section of hollow pipe carrier. The antiskid self hole sealing type grouting anchor cable has the advantages that the structure is compact; the use is convenient; the grouting effect is good; materials can be saved; the construction efficiency and the construction safety are improved; and the antiskid self hole sealing type grouting anchor cable is applicable to surrounding rock supporting or reinforcement of a mine, a tunnel, geotechnical engineering and the like.
