Method for preparation of high strength alpha-semi-hydrated gypsum by self-curing modification steam pressurization
The invention relates to a method for preparation of high strength alpha-semi-hydrated gypsum by self-curing modification steam pressurization. The method includes the steps of: (1) material preparation; (2) mixing, molding and curing; (3) steam pressurization for preparation of alpha-semi-hydrated gypsum; (4) drying; and (5) acquisition of the product. The method provided by the invention has a simple process, can utilize the existing maturely applied autoclave, has easily controllable technological parameters, can make use of various gypsum raw materials including industrial waste gypsum to produce high strength or ultrahigh strength gypsum, and the product quality is stable. Also, the method can effectively reduce the production energy consumption of high strength gypsum, and effectively lowers the production cost.
