According to the method, the salt solution is used, and the crystal modifier including sodium citrate, succinic acid, maleic acid and sodium alkyl sulfate is specifically limited, so that the whole crystal transformation process can be completed in an industrial normal-pressure environment, the whole process is low in cost, high-purity and high-grade alpha-semi-hydrated gypsum can be produced, the crystal transformation efficiency is high, and the method is suitable for industrial production.
