The invention relates to good self-lubricating modified superfine slag micro-powder, which is prepared from the following raw materials by weight: 950-960 parts of slag, 36-41 parts of expanded graphite powder, 0.3-0.5 part of triethanolamine, 0.1-0.3 part of triisopropanolamine, 0.2-0.4 part of sulfurized calcium alkyl phenolate, 0.5-0.8 part of nanometer polytetrafluoroethylene, 80-100 parts of desulfuration gypsum, 0.1-0.3 part of ricinoleic acid polyester, and 0.3-0.5 part of aluminum potassium sulfate. According to the present invention, the triethanolamine, the triisopropanolamine, the sulfurized calcium alkyl phenolate, the desulfuration gypsum, the ricinoleic acid polyester and the aluminum potassium sulfate are used, such that the residual charge on the micro-powder can be shielded, the Si-O bond cleavage in the slag can be promoted, and the aggregation of the micro-fine powder can be prevented; and the nanometer polytetrafluoroethylene and the expanded graphite powder are used, such that the surface energy is reduced, the particle agglomeration can be prevented, the dispersibility of the micro-powder can be improved, and the pressure resistance, the flexibility, the plasticity and the self-lubricating property of the concrete can be improved.
