Polycarboxylic acid surface modified ultrafine stone powder and preparation method thereof
The present invention discloses polycarboxylic acid surface modified ultrafine stone powder, which comprises 100 parts of a stone powder raw material, 8.0-10.0 parts of an unsaturated polyether monomer, 0.50-1.00 part of unsaturated carboxylic acid, 0.05-0.10 part of a chain transfer agent, 0.10-0.30 part of an initiator, 0.10-0.50 part of a modified aid and 10-20 parts of a solvent. The present invention further discloses a preparation method of the polycarboxylic acid surface modified ultrafine stone powder, wherein the preparation method comprises raw material pre-homogenization treatment, polymerization reaction process and post-treatment process. According to the present invention, when the product is adopted as the cement mixing material or concrete admixture, the affinity between the stone powder particles and the water molecules can be improved, such that the cement hydration product grows by adopting ultrafine stone powder particles as the core, the cement consumption and the water consumption are easily reduced, the concrete pore structure can be improved, and the mechanical property and the durability of the concrete can be improved.
