The invention provides fiber concrete for an anticracking impervious superthin plate shell/tube member, and a preparation method and application thereof. The fiber concrete comprises cement, silica fume, slag powder, quartz sand, water, a water reducer and a thickening agent with the mass ratio of 1:(0.05-0.15):(0.08-0.20):(1.2-1.5):(0.18-0.25):(0.02-0.04):(0.02-0.04), and the doping amount of an antifoaming agent is 4%-5% by volume of the water reducer. A superthin plate or thin-shell member made from the fiber concrete possesses the characteristics of high strength, high impact resistance, crack control capability, energy absorption capability and high toughness. The fiber-concrete anticarcking impervious thin plate shell/tube member prepared by employing the method can be used as a protection plate shell/tube of other members and an external protective layer after being subjected to pouring molding, the durability and the service life of the concrete superthin plate shell/tube member are substantially improved, and the engineering cost is substantially reduced.
