Impervious concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the field of concrete, and particularly discloses impervious concrete and a preparation method thereof. The impervious concrete comprises the following components in parts by weight: 220-240 parts of cement; 720-760 parts of medium sand; 980-1100 parts of stone; 160-180 parts of water; 70-90 parts of mineral powder; 65-85 parts of fly ash; 4-5 parts of an additive; 15-20 parts of superfine silicon dioxide; 2-3 parts of choline chloride; and 6-10 parts of zeolite powder. The preparation method comprises the following steps: stirring and mixing the stones, the medium sand, the fly ash, the cement and the mineral powder, and drying to obtain a mixture; stirring and mixing the water and the additive to obtain a mixed solution; stirring and mixing the mixture and the mixed solution, then adding superfine silicon dioxide, choline chloride and zeolite powder, stirring continuously, and obtaining the impervious concrete. When free water which does not take a hydration effect in the impervious concrete evaporates, cement which is not hydrated does not exist in the impervious concrete so that pores and micro cracks are not generated in the impervious concrete, and the overall impervious performance is excellent.
