Grouting material for filling retired pipeline and use method thereof
The invention discloses a grouting material for filling retired pipelinevs and a use method thereof. The grouting material can be used for filling oil and gas transmission retired pipelines to ensure safe sealed storage of the retired oil and gas transmission pipelines. The grouting material is composed of following raw materials, by weight, 100 parts of water, 69.4-85.3 parts of cement, 69.4-85.3 parts of fly ash and 5.5-7.5 parts of an additive. The cement is PC32.5 cement, the fly ash is F-type II-grade fly ash and the additive is a bleeding reducing agent. The grouting material is 5-35 DEG C in use temperature. During on-site preparation, the grouting material is stirred with water according to the ratio with stirring time being longer than 30 s. The grouting material is prepared from the PC32.5 cement, the F-type II-grade fly ash and the BS-K bleeding reducing agent. Multiple times of laboratory tests and engineering construction site simulative tests prove that the grouting material is low in preparation cost being 1/3 of that of a common grouting material. The technical indexes of the grouting material are suitable for the retired pipeline filling engineering.
