The invention relates to a grouting disposal method for a long-distance large-caliber retired pipeline. The grouting disposal method is particularly suitable for disposing an oil-gas gathering and transferring retired pipeline with the distance being more than 0.5km and the pipe diameter being larger than 40cm, can protect environment, and ensures the disposal security of the retired pipeline. The disposal method comprises the following steps: the retired pipeline is divided into a pipeline to be cut and a grouting pipeline, and the pipeline to be cut and the grouting pipeline are arranged at intervals; the pipeline to be cut is cut out to move out of the ground, a grouting material is poured into the grouting pipeline after being plugged, and the grouting pipeline is retained in the underground. The disposal method has the advantages of being reasonable in design, simple in construction and less in investment, can ensure that the retired pipeline is safely retained in the underground for a long time, protects the environment, and has significant social benefits.
