High-performance gold tailing sand concrete
The invention discloses high-performance gold tailing sand concrete. The concrete is prepared from the following components by weight: 425 to 465 parts of portland cement, 635 to 645 parts of gold tailing sand, 860 to 960 parts of gravels with a diameter of 5 to 20 mm, 100 to 180 parts of river sand, 30 to 146 parts of fly ash, 50 to 90 parts of silica fume, 23 to 57 parts of basalt fiber, 32 to 88 parts of straw powder, 3 to 7 parts of a water reducing agent, 25 to 85 parts of inorganic nanometer particles, 6 to 18 parts of nanometer calcium carbonate, 40 to 100 parts of acrylic emulsion, 148 to 162 parts of CFRP tendon, 15 to 20 parts of steel fiber, 15 to 20 parts of a chemical-resistant modifying agent, 10 to 85 parts of carbon nanometer tubes and 185 to 300 parts of water. The concrete provided by the invention has excellent durability, mechanical property, and anti-shrinkage and anti-cracking performances.
