The ultrahigh-performance iron tailing sand concrete provided by the invention is prepared from the following preparation raw materials in parts by mass: 600 to 660 parts of cement, 140 to 165 parts of silica fume, 90 to 110 parts of fly ash, 140 to 165 parts of slag powder, 1000 to 1100 parts of iron tailing sand, 8 to 11 parts of a water reducing agent, 165 to 181.5 parts of water and 104 to 180 parts of fibers, the fibers comprise steel fibers and polyformaldehyde fibers. The iron tailing sand is used as the aggregate of the ultra-high performance concrete, so that the production cost of natural sand and ground quartz sand can be remarkably reduced, the exploitation of the natural sand and the quartz sand is reduced, the damage to the natural environment is reduced, and the utilization rate of the solid waste iron tailing sand is increased; meanwhile, the polyformaldehyde fiber is used for replacing part of steel fiber, so that the production cost is lower.
