The invention particularly relates to an interface treatment agent for a ceramsite heat-preservation concrete floor, which is mainly used in novel building materials and includes the following components, by weight, 50-80% of sulphoaluminate cement, 10-40% of light-burned dolomite, 0.1-1% of a bio-enzyme, 0.1-0.5% of stearic acid, 1-3% of methylsilicic acid, 0.5-1% of potassium hydroxide, 0.1-1% of a water reducer, 0-1% of polyvinyl alcohol and 2.5-20% of pottery sand. The interface treatment agent is simple in process, is high in hardening speed and is strong in interface adhesive force.
