The invention relates to the field of concrete prefabricated floor slabs, and particularly discloses a preparation method of a ceramsite concrete prefabricated composite floor slab. The preparation method of the ceramsite concrete prefabricated composite floor slab comprises the following steps that (1) a mold release agent is smeared in a prefabricated composite floor slab mold, and then an embedded part and a reinforcing mesh are installed; (2) manufacturing a reinforcing mesh protective layer; (3) pouring is conducted, specifically, after pouring is completed, a wood board is placed above the mold, ceramsite in concrete is vibrated to the bottom of the mold through an up-down vibrator, the vibration time is 10-20 min, and after vibration is completed, the wood board is removed; then, a pouring surface is troweled manually; and (4) after the pouring face is trowelled, an accelerator is sprayed, formwork removal is conducted after hardening, and the prefabricated composite floor slab is obtained. According to the method, the phenomenon that ceramsite in the concrete of the prefabricated composite floor floats upwards can be effectively reduced, and therefore the good quality of the prefabricated composite floor can be guaranteed.
