X9R type multilayer ceramic capacitor dielectric material and preparation method therefor
The invention discloses an X9R type multilayer ceramic capacitor dielectric material and a preparation method therefor. The method comprises the steps: firstly, preparing pure-phase BaTiO3 powder and pure-phase BiYO3 powder; then, mixing the BaTiO3 powder and the BiYO3 powder according to BaTiO3+x mol% BiYO3, then, mixing the mixture with zirconia ballstone and deionized water, and then, carrying out ball-milling, baking, granulating and sieving sequentially so as to form a granulated material, wherein x is equal to 22-30, and x mol% represents a mole percentage; preparing a sample from the granulated material at the pressure intensity of 120MPa, and then, carrying out first sintering; and polishing and cleaning the first-sintered sample, then, uniformly coating the front and back faces of the sample with silver electrode slurry, and carrying out second sintering, thereby obtaining the X9R type multilayer ceramic capacitor dielectric material. The X9R type ceramic capacitor material prepared by the method disclosed by the invention is simple in preparation process and low in material cost, has a relatively high dielectric constant, low dielectric loss, high volume resistivity and good temperature stability and probably replaces lead-based ceramic materials and becomes an important candidate material, which is excellent in technology and economy, of multilayer ceramic capacitors.
