Z7R-type multilayer ceramic capacitor dielectric material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a Z7R-type multilayer ceramic capacitor dielectric material and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the steps: first preparing pure-phase BaTiO3 powder and pure-phase BiYO3 powder; then mixing BaTiO3 powder and BiYO3 powder according to BaTiO3+xmol%BiYO3 to obtain a mixture I, then mixing the mixture I with zirconium ballstone and deionized water, sequentially carrying out ball milling, drying, granulation and sieving, to form a granulated material, wherein X is equal to 4 to 10, and xmol% indicates molar percentage; pressing the granulated material under the pressure of 120MPa to form a test sample, and primarily sintering; polishing and cleaning the primarily sintered test sample, coating the front and back surfaces of the test sample with a silver electrode slurry, and secondarily sintering the test sample to obtain the Z7R-type multilayer ceramic capacitor dielectric material. The Z7R-type ceramic capacitor material prepared by virtue of the method is not only simple in preparation process and low in material cost, but also has high dielectric constant, low dielectric loss, large volume resistivity and good temperature stability and is possible for substituting the lead-base ceramic material to become an important candidate material that is both excellent on technology and economy for a multilayer ceramic capacitor.
