The invention relates to metal-containing polymethylsilane and application thereof and belongs to the technical field of ceramic component material preparation. The molecular weight of the designed metal-containing polymethylsilane is 1300-1700, and the room temperature viscosity of the metal-containing polymethylsilane is 0.04-0.1 Pas; the viscosity at the temperature of 60-120 DEG C is smaller than or equal to 0.03 Pas. A blank with the porosity being 58.7-16% serves as a prefabricated member, the prefabricated member is placed in the metal-containing polymethylsilane and subjected to vacuum impregnation at the room temperature of -120 DEG C, and after repeated impregnation and cross-linking solidity are carried out on the obtained prefabricated member of the metal-containing polymethylsilane 3-4 times, pyrolysis is carried out; the technology including 3-4 times of impregnation and cross-linking solidity and one time of pyrolysis circulates 3 times, and accordingly a ceramic-based component material with the compactness larger than or equal to 92% and the hardness larger than or equal to 85 HRC can be obtained. Operation is easy, and industrial application is facilitated.
