According to the cementing material containing the clay minerals, a large amount of the clay minerals can be utilized, the kaolinite clay minerals and the montmorillonite clay minerals can show the compressive strength (28-day strength is larger than or equal to 1 MPa) meeting the use value, and the utilization rate of the clay minerals is increased.
