The invention relates to a shock absorption floor tile and belongs to the technical field of building materials. The shock absorption floor tile comprises a water guide layer, a shock absorption layer, a water storage layer and a base layer which are arranged from top to bottom in sequence; a water guide hole running through the water guide layer is formed in the water guide layer; the shock absorption layer is formed by aggregation of granular materials; run-through pores exist in the shock absorption layer; and the pores are communicated with the water storage layer. The floor tile has the function of shock buffering and meanwhile has excellent drainage performance.
