The invention relates to an anti-slide shock-absorption floor tile, and belongs to the technical field of building materials. The anti-slide shock-absorption floor tile comprises a water guide layer, a shock absorption layer, a water storage layer and a base layer which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, wherein water guide holes penetrating through the water guide layer and water guide grooves on the surface of the water guide layer are formed on the water guide layer, and the water guide grooves are arrayed on the surface of the water guide layer in a herringbone shape; and the shock absorption layer is formed by gathering elastic granular substances, through pores are formed in the shock absorption layer, and the pores are communicated with the water storage layer. The floor tile has a shock-buffering function, and good water-drainage performance and anti-slide performance.
