The invention discloses a frame, a milling machine and a milling machine gravity center adjusting method. The frame comprises a frame body and a fixed balance weight, and further comprises a gravity center adjusting mechanism. The gravity center adjusting mechanism comprises a movable balance weight on the frame body, a driven worm wheel arranged on the movable balance weight, a driving worm wheel arranged on the frame body, and a worm meshed with the driving worm wheel and the driven worm wheel at the same time, wherein the driving worm wheel drives the driven worm wheel to rotate and move in the axial direction of the worm through the worm so that the movable balance weight can change the position on the frame body. According to the milling machine gravity center adjusting method, the position of the movable balance weight is changed through worm and gear transmission so that the gravity center of the milling machine can be adjusted. Compared with the prior art where the position of the gravity center is adjusted by manually increasing and decreasing the balance weights, the position of the movable balance weight is changed continuously, and therefore the gravity center position is quite precisely adjusted, the gravity center position is automatically and conveniently adjusted, and construction efficiency is high.
